About Mireille Toulekima

Dr. Mireille Toulekima is an award-winning engineer, global energy consultant, author, international speaker, and thought leader in inclusive leadership and women's empowerment. Based in Perth, Australia, she continues to work in the engineering space while expanding her impact through mentoring, coaching,...

and inspiring the next generation—particularly women and people of color—to step confidently into male-dominated industries.

She is the visionary behind the Greatness Engineering Movement and the host of The Greatness Engineering Hour Show, where she has interviewed over 300 global leaders. What began as a short-term initiative has grown into a thriving global platform promoting mindset transformation and leadership excellence.

Her book “Stepping Into Your Greatness” has evolved into a movement, a leadership methodology, and a transformational training program known as the Greatness Engineering Leadership Program. Dr. Toulekima trains individuals and organizations worldwide, drawing from her personal and professional experiences to help others lead with authenticity and purpose.

Though the pandemic paused her travel plans to the Caribbean, it also opened the door for her to expand her digital presence and virtual reach. A proud mother and now grandmother, she embraces her evolving role with joy and grace, continuing to engineer greatness in all aspects of her life.
