My expertise spans negotiation strategies, due diligence processes, entitlement management, and asset management, all essential to delivering strong investment returns and operational efficiencies. I’ve also built and maintained strategic relationships with investors, partners, government agencies, and economic development organizations, fostering collaboration to drive economic growth and real estate innovation.
Beyond my leadership at SQN RE Advisors, I’m proud to serve as the lead mentor for The Pipeline Women’s Networking Group at Fox School of Business at Temple University, where I connect and mentor students and emerging professionals in the real estate industry. I’m also an active member of The Goldie Initiative, dedicated to empowering future women leaders in commercial real estate.
In my community, I contribute as a lead member of the Washington Township Board of Economic Development and the Southern New Jersey Development Council (SNJDC), supporting developers, businesses, and economic development initiatives that fuel regional growth.
My educational background includes a BA from Rutgers University and certificates and certifications from The Wharton School, Gap International, and the Corporate Finance Institute. I am honored to have been recognized as a GlobeSt Women of Influence in 2019, 2020, and 2021, and was featured on the cover of Women in Real Estate – Northeast Real Estate Journal in 2011.
