Patrick is dedicated to helping first responders struggling with mental health challenges. Having personally sought treatment, he understands the unique stressors of the profession and now works to break the stigma surrounding mental health in law enforcement, firefighting, and emergency services.

Education & Expertise

Patrick holds advanced degrees in organizational leadership and business and is currently pursuing licensure as a mental health clinician in Florida. His expertise in leadership, resilience, and mental wellness makes him a sought-after speaker for first responder organizations nationwide.

Through his work, Patrick continues to champion mental health awareness, promote wellness strategies, and provide critical support to those who dedicate their lives to protecting others.
