…With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Meeca has held multiple key roles including Civil Engineering Technician, Project Engineer, Planning and Scheduling Manager, and Operations Planner. She has successfully contributed to high-impact projects such as:

- CARIRI Centre for Enterprise Development
- East Gates Mall
- Ministry of Health Administrative Building
Currently working as a Project Planner in Guyana, Meeca brings strategic oversight and expert coordination to complex engineering projects while mentoring and leading with vision.
Driven by a deep sense of purpose, creativity, and continuous self-improvement, Meeca is passionate about personal development. She invests time and resources to become a better version of herself for her family, her community, and the youth she serves.
Meeca is also a multi-disciplinary artist, with a portfolio that includes landscape paintings, portraits, abstract pieces, and home and event décor. Her heuristic, hands-on approach reflects her belief in learning by doing and being fully immersed in every process.
