Laurel’s coaching approach is shaped by her personal experiences with tragedy and loss, which led her to create a unique blend of intuitive, inspirational, and spiritual coaching techniques, including astrology. She empowers her clients to build resilience, transform loss into opportunity, and discover deeper meaning in their lives—both personally and professionally.

Laurel’s career began as an environmental attorney with the Alliance for the Great Lakes and the Natural Resources Defense Council. She held government leaders accountable for policy reforms and made national media appearances to advocate for environmental change. After transitioning from law, she shifted her focus to empowering individuals, especially women, through her transformational coaching program, The Woman’s Coach.

As a nationally recognized speaker, Laurel has inspired thousands through keynote addresses and workshops, encouraging individuals to embrace change and lead with greater purpose. Today, she works with both individuals and groups, helping them transform pain and adversity into personal growth and purpose.
