Demetrice Lashon Bruno is an Indiana native, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for social change. As a mother of three sons, she pursued higher education at the University of Indianapolis, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with a Minor in Psychology and Experience Design...
…With over 20 years of experience in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, Demetrice’s entrepreneurial journey led her to establish TV Greetings 53, a business that developed the E Biz Card Live App and offers business consulting services. She is also the CEO and Founder of Redemption Outreach Services Inc. (ROSI), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering returning citizens, at-risk youth, and foster care-aged-out individuals. ROSI places a special focus on women and young girls, promoting healthy lifestyles, youth empowerment, and sex trafficking prevention and intervention.
Empowering Communities Through Social Impact
ROSI’s mission is to strengthen families and address youth homelessness through structured programs that emphasize accountability and self-sustainability. Demetrice collaborates with multiple coalitions to provide stabilization support for inner-city youth and advocates for justice reform. She works to redesign the judicial system, tackling social injustices, diversity, equity, and inclusion to eliminate disparities faced by historically marginalized communities.
A Passion for Writing and Personal Growth
As a certified Life Coach, Demetrice is committed to inspiring personal growth and positive transformation in everyone she encounters. She believes in leading by example, using her own life story as a catalyst for change.
Her passion for writing was nurtured from an early age and continues to be a powerful platform for storytelling and impact. She is currently developing an urban fiction series designed to highlight the challenges and triumphs of inner-city communities, offering insights into building stronger, more resilient neighborhoods.
