Will Aylward believes everyone has a unique gift to offer the world and his purpose is supporting people with the unwrapping of their gifts through powerful 1-1 Coaching. Will’s service of clients around the globe inspired him to create a ‘Global Coaching Challenge’ where his aim is to Coach 50 people in 50 countries by the end of 2016. So far, Will’s calls have taken him to 20 countries across Europe, Africa, North America and Asia. When Will isn’t Coaching he enjoys exploring and traveling, playing the piano, teaching, and maintaining his Coffee addiction.
