Scot Westwater is an entrepreneur and lead strategist for Pragmatic – a digital consultancy focused on improving customer experience. After 20 years in advertising and marketing working with fortune 500 companies, Scot co-founded Pragmatic with his wife Susan.

When he isn’t working with clients, Scot lives the #epicdads lifestyle and loves to cook, travel and photograph outdoor adventures with his family.

Most recently Scot and Susan co-presented “What’s Next, Catching The Next Big Wave In Customer Experience”, which focused on how Voice can reduce cost while improving your audience’s experience with your brand.
