Michelle Hodges
Michelle Hodges has 20 years of leadership and coaching experience in the corporate world working for top sales and hospitality organizations. She is a results-driven leader with expertise in the areas of strategic planning, navigating tough negotiations, building collaborative teams, and developing top talent.
Since working at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE) the last 5 years, Michelle was awarded State Manager of the Year in 2016 and is a 2-time recipient of the President’s Club award representing the top 10 percent of the sales organization. She is also an active member of the SMWE Mentoring Committee which launched a company-wide mentoring program in 2015.
Michelle’s driving force is her genuine desire to help others succeed in achieving both their professional and personal goals. With a passion for mentoring, coaching, and professional development, she works with women and professionals on creating their personal brand, increasing their executive presence, and strengthening their emotional intelligence to go further, faster in life and their careers. She believes in serving her community and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee and leads the Mentor Committee Chair for the Network of Executive Women Nashville.
Embracing a mindful and intentional approach to life, Michelle encourages work-life integration to create sustainable performance and success. In her free time, she practices yoga daily, is an avid traveler, voracious reader, and outdoor enthusiast with lots of time spent on trails with her Border Collie, Sophie.
