Through Guardian Adventures, Meghan provides consulting services to organizations seeking creative, engaging, and impactful ways to educate and connect with audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
As a trainer with CAFFEstrategies.com, Meghan partners with TED Speaker Genein Letford to deliver dynamic workshops that use games and storytelling to teach the neuroscience of bias—specifically through understanding the “Internal Model.” Their training removes shame and blame, encouraging open conversations and cooperative creativity through hands-on exercises and discussions.
Meghan is also the founder of CulturaConnector.com, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on Cultural Media Recruiting. Cultura Connector:
- Offers a free global directory of cultural advisors
- Helps companies accurately and respectfully represent cultures in games, media, and educational content
- Builds bridges between cultures in conflict
- Removes barriers to finding experts in cultural representation
Her collaborative work with global advisors ensures that every story and experience her team creates is culturally sensitive, accurate, and educational.

Personal Mission:
In her free time, Meghan mentors women and BiPoC entrepreneurs in the U.S. and Uganda. She also volunteers in hospice care, supporting terminally ill patients and their families with compassion and presence.
