Currently serving as Vice President of Community Outreach for Blacks in Technology, LaShawnda collaborates with organizations to increase African American representation in tech. She is also a Microsoft Partner and an active member of Microsoft’s Black Partner Initiative.

As a Founding Member of Tech Ladies, LaShawnda mentors women in technology, equipping them with tools to advance their careers, negotiate salaries, and articulate their value. Her work in career development and financial empowerment for BIPOC communities has helped many professionals achieve financial stability and competitive career growth.
