…Cathelina’s debut novel, The Box, showcases her talent for weaving complex narratives and has been honored by Black Writers Workspace, receiving an Honorable Mention in their 2024 Chapter One Writing Competition. When not crafting stories or sharing her journey, Cathelina dedicates her time to shaping young minds as a 7th and 9th grade ELA teacher in New York City.
