Lisa Marie Platske-

Lisa Marie Platske left her action-packed life as a Federal law enforcement officer after 9/11 to become the CEO of international leadership development company, Upside Thinking, Inc.

An award-winning leadership expert recognized by the White House and Small Business Administration, she is the Founder of Design Your Destiny Live™, a 3-day leadership experience held in Manhattan Beach in January for the past 11 years.

Lisa Marie delivers high-energy presentations using her seven (7) step leadership model centered on connection, positioning and executive presence. Past clients include the Department of Homeland Security, Honeywell, the National Association of Realtors, Aflac, the Federal Regulatory Commission, Pacific, Gas, and Electric, and Perry Ellis International to name a few.

Since opening Upside Thinking, Inc. in 2005, she has mentored over 10,000 mission-driven, transformational leaders to grow a bigger vision, create a meaningful brand, and position their expertise so they increase their impact and influence.

Because of Lisa Marie’s leadership background in the Federal government and intuitive gifts, she has a unique way of hearing brilliance and seeing the small shifts needed to capitalize on bigger opportunities.

She works with outliers, trailblazers and boat rockers, coaching leaders around the globe — and is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council.

An international best-selling author in 5 countries, Lisa Marie has written 7 books.

Giving of her time, talents and treasure, she serves on the board of Project Forgive and the Evolutionary Business Council, the Executive Advisory Council for Leadership California – and was recognized by The International Alliance of Women as one of the top 100 Women Making a Difference in the World.
