  • 436: Twelve Minute Convos w/ Lesley Yadon

Lesley Yadon-

I have spent the last three years doing yoga, learning mindfulness and meditation, working, serving as president on the Board of Trustees for the Unitarian Universalists of Santa Clarita Valley, launching a new business and learning how to mother my child while attending to my personal growth and deepest desires.

2015 turned out to be a transformational year for me. It was the year I applied for and received, a supervisor position for a new grant at a non-profit organization serving children and families. It was the year I gave birth to my son Arthur, my first and only child. And, the year that I quit the non profit world after 15 years and began to dream of a new way of living and a new way of creating a living. The first months of my son’s life was the genesis for my new business coaching first time mothers. It turns out everything I have done up until this point, richly inform the work I am now passionate about: supporting and guiding struggling new mothers into a confident, joyful motherhood.
