A graduate of Carleton University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Neuroscience and Mental Health (Dean’s List, 2020), Kareen is currently pursuing a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Cognitive Science. She actively contributes to Dr. Marina Milyavskaya’s Goal Pursuit and Self-Regulation Lab as a research assistant and is the author of the upcoming book Supercharge Your Wellbeing, which offers evidence-informed strategies for personal growth tailored to individual personality types.
Kareen is also a Certified DISC Human Behaviour Master Trainer (Qualifying) with Personality Insights and a Certified Speaker with Expert Speaker. In 2019, she was recognized as one of the Top 100 Black Women to Watch in Canada by CIBWE.
In 2018, she founded She Did It! Elle a osé!, a movement designed to support and elevate women entrepreneurs in their personal and professional journeys.
A proud mother of five and married for 25 years, Kareen continues to lead by example, blending academic excellence, spiritual leadership, and real-world experience to inspire others.
