Alissa Carpenter-

Alissa Carpenter founded Everything’s Not Ok and That’s Ok Coaching in 2015 after more than a decade of work in higher education. She has advised Millennial and GenZ students at top-tier institutions, including the Wharton School and Pennsylvania State University. This gave her a unique sightline into the young professional mindset, shedding light on the widespread need for more dedicated career preparation and team development.

She now offers professional development and career exploration to companies, alumni groups, and individuals across the country.  Alissa works to enhance team communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills with an upbeat personality and true passion for working with others to set and achieve goals.

Alissa has an MEd in Social and Comparative Analysis in Education, is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and is certified in the Strong Interest Inventory and Myers Briggs Type Indicator.  She has been featured on ABC, CBS6, Healthy Lifestyle with Eraldo, and quoted in multiple media outlets including CNN Money, Moneyish (a Dow Jones Site) and Monster. She is also a Forbes Contributor where she focuses on how Millennials can launch to the next phase of their career using their strengths.
