I am a mom, an entrepreneur and a teacher. I was 527 pounds and have evicted over 304 pounds so far. I mentor youth and starting to mentor adults in how to lose weight with hard work and being healthy. I have helped many youth overcome youth obesity and grow into a healthy lifestyle. I just started my business to reach more people to mentor and help them to change their thoughts and feelings towards their health. No gimmicks, no surgery just hard work and some fun.
