…Her short fiction has appeared in several respected Canadian literary publications. Her story Uncle Piotr was published in the Canadian Forum, while The Not-So-Secret, Secret Life of Angus McFee was shortlisted for the Writers’ Union of Canada Short Prose Competition. The collection was also supported by a Canada Council literary grant. Her story Western Alienation was shortlisted for both Toronto Life’s final Summer Fiction issue and This Magazine’s Great Canadian Literary Hunt. Another story, Food-Combining, was featured in The Vancouver Courier.
Jude’s debut short story collection, Toxic Shock and Other Family Gatherings, is available through major retailers including Amazon, Apple Books, and Barnes & Noble.
She is a member of the Writers Guild of Canada (WGC) and SOCAN, and is represented for film and television by the Jennifer Hollyer Agency.
