While studying Exercise Science at University, I started working within a small family owned and operated the gym. This was a spark that ignited my passion for movement and health.
As I child and teen I trained in classical ballet and went on to teach and perform. This lead on to teaching group fitness including Pilates and Yoga for many years and later to a career in personal training. I strive to inspire others to move, heal and get well through my training programs. I founded The Institute of Movement to inspire and equip my clients with the knowledge needed to nurture their body through movement.
