Thom Ernst-

Thom Ernst is a Toronto based film critic and writer. CBC Radio listeners will recognize him as an on-air columnist appearing on Fresh Air and Radio Syndication. He is a film writer and an on-air film critic – both radio and television.

Thom is perhaps best remembered as the host and producer of televisions’ longest running movie program Saturday Night at the Movies.

Currently Thom hosts and produces the podcast THIS MOVIE’S ABOUT YOU. His first novel – a semi-autobiographical creative non-fiction – The Wild Boy of Waubamik is due for completion in 2018.
