During her career, BJ Davis has led leadership and team initiatives at the Women’s University of Qatar, William Peace College, the University of Colorado, Meredith College in Raleigh and for the second consecutive year, launched “Building Peace Through Reconciliation,” a teen global leadership program with both Iraq and N. American students.
Her educational background is in Psychology and Leadership Studies, with a concentration in Women in Leadership Roles. She is a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner and has had both wellness and health coach training. She has also been trained by the Coaches Training Institute as a Co-Active Coach. She has lived, studied and taught English in Italy and has traveled extensively. She is also the author of a quirky character named Skinny Beni with the first book, “Incidents and Happenings” launching, November 2019..
