“Hi, I’m Niels Vium, born in Denmark – currently living in the capital, Copenhagen.

In addition to my studies at Copenhagen Business School I run a Danish podcast about personal energy optimization and mental performance – I specialize in the psychological as well as the physiological elements that influence our ability to perform well in our work and thereby help us fulfill our personal potential. I also do lectures on this topic, teaching organization leaders to implement different tangible personal strategies in order to perform better and thereby spread a more engaging and positive mindset to their employees.
