• Simplified life – don’t own a house, rent furnished places as we travel
• Favorite place is Nosara Costa Rica (currently residing there until April next year)
• Have 4 awesome grandchildren under 5 years of age
• remarried two years ago, to my best friend – she helps me be at my best, provides a safe environment for me to be vulnerable
• have put many of inner demons to rest, or at least I don’t let them run my life anymore
• I love to run on the beach and do yoga
• have taken up writing – short stories, blogs, articles, maybe a novel one day – contributor to The Good Men Project
• sharing my story to help men get unstuck: my recovery, dropping out of corporate culture to living a vagabond semi-retired healthy & stress-free lifestyle, via my website, FB, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Lived in Victoria BC, Melaque Mexico (house sitting – survived Hurricane Patricia), San Pedro La Laguna Guatemala, London Ontario, Nosara Costa Rica
