  • Suzanne Henwood: Navigating Multiple Intelligences in Coaching and Wellness /Ep 2998

About Suzanne Henwood

Dr. Suzanne Henwood is a neuroscience-based coach who combines physiology and neurology to create sustainable change. With deep expertise in helping people navigate stress, anxiety, and self-compassion, Suzanne guides individuals to love themselves back to wholeness using proven, science-backed tools and techniques...

…Suzanne is the author of several books, with her latest contribution launching in October for Mental Health Awareness Week. In 2023, she co-published The Ultimate Gratitude Journal — the world’s only integrated, multiple-intelligence, neuroscience-based gratitude book. She is also a regular speaker at conferences, on podcasts, and on radio, sharing her expertise in mental health, personal growth, and positive change.

As part of a global movement to eradicate bullying, Suzanne creates online courses at GROW.CO.NZ, including her flagship program on understanding and creating positive change around bullying. Drawing on her own personal experiences, she supports people targeted by bullies — a growing problem she is passionate about stopping.

Suzanne stands out for her authenticity: no hype, no outdated material, and no empty promises. She only promotes accurate, up-to-date neuroscience insights in her coaching, writing, and courses — ensuring her clients and readers benefit from the latest research and best practices.

Suzanne lives in New Zealand with her husband of 36 years, her two adult children nearby, and her two beloved cats.
