For the past three years I have been building my Private Coaching practice,while speaking and lecturing at many Universities and National conferences on Mindfulness. At the same time I am teaching and certifying those who are interested in my coaching technique, The Resolution Experience.
My platform is Mindfulness and Stress Reduction. I travel to New York City, San Francisco, Colorado and Florida sharing these strategies. Most recently working with the US Olympic Ice Skating Team along with former Olympians, Professional Athletes, Silicon Valley Entrepreneurs and Veterans returning from war.
