Regina grew up in Germany, speaks 5 languages and has over 18 years of international
experience in the corporate business world in six countries, including management positions at
The Boston Consulting Group in Europe, Latin America, and the U.S., where as Director of
Admin Services and in other roles, she was in charge of Career Management, Training & Talent
Development, HR, Recruiting, Operations, Budgets, office build-outs, and international projects,
while leading large teams. She owned businesses in Argentina and Brazil and studied a variety
of holistic and mindset techniques. Her big love is dance, which has made her an expert in
body-conscious presence.
Regina offers customized coaching programs and group workshops based on her system
Powerful Leadership Transformation (PLT) as well as workshops focusing specifically on female
leadership to drive gender parity in leadership in collaboration with Take The Lead Women.
She is also available as a keynote speaker for events and conferences. Her preferred topics are
