…Michelle is the co-founder and CEO of Paleo f(x)™, the world’s largest Paleo event, and co-author of Primal Uprising. She also co-founded Primal Alchemy, an innovative platform based on the 7 Pillars of Health—helping individuals optimize well-being, expand consciousness, and reclaim personal freedom. Her work champions holistic health, conscious entrepreneurship, and personal sovereignty.
After the tragic loss of her 22-year-old daughter, Michelle chose to channel her grief into purpose. Amid the 2008 housing crash, she left the corporate grind behind and launched a mission-driven career as a serial entrepreneur in the health and wellness space. Her mantra: “Find beauty in the ashes.”
Michelle is a passionate and dynamic speaker, motivator, and spiritual guide. Since answering the call of Ayahuasca in 2014, she’s participated in over 100+ plant medicine ceremonies and has years of experience integrating master plant teachers into personal and entrepreneurial transformation.
Her insights on bridging ancient wisdom with modern soulful entrepreneurship have helped countless leaders reconnect with their purpose and true calling. She believes that true healing comes not just from ceremony, but through the ongoing integration, including meditation, spiritual practice, and intentional community.
