With a rich background as a professor, author, speaker, coach, storyteller, and strategic visionary, Dr. MJ brings a dynamic perspective to her work. In addition, she serves as the CEO of a social change organization, where she actively drives initiatives that uplift communities and foster global impact.

Dr. MJ is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean DFSS Black Belt, enabling her to integrate process excellence into every area of her transformational work. Recognized as a Quality Award Examiner, she has served on numerous Boards of Directors and previously hosted the Tower of Grace and Compassion global radio show—amplifying messages of hope, leadership, and inspiration worldwide.
Throughout her journey, Dr. MJ has been recognized globally for her dedication to service. She was honored as an International Woman in Leadership for her humanitarian outreach and tireless efforts in creating positive change. As a result of her impactful work, she also received a Lifetime Achievement Award as a Woman of History Making a Societal Difference.
