Dr. Mary Jo Odom-
Dr. Mary Jo Odom is a global transformational leader, who believes in activating purpose, empowering vision for personal, professional and societal change. She is a professor, author, speaker, coach, storyteller, strategic visionary, humanitarian, and social change agent. Dr. MJ is the CEO of An Eagles Journey and Vesicle Learning Inc. She has a Ph.D. in Training and Performance Improvement with a specialization in Globalization. In addition, she has post-doctoral certifications in Professional Program Development, Grant Communication, Counseling, Biblical Studies, and International Studies, a Master’s degree in Education, three Graduate Certifications in Leadership, Human Resource Management, and Diversity Studies, Six Sigma “Black Belt and Lean DFSS, certified as a Children Story Writer, 23 certifications from the Department of Justice, Quality Award Examiner, she sits on several Boards of Directors, World Pulse Ambassador and former host of the Tower of Grace and Compassion global radio show. She is Chairwoman and Director for the Organization for Abused and Battered Individual (O.A.B.I) located in Trinidad and Tobago. Dr. MJ is recognized and awarded as an International Woman in Leadership. She is known for her passion for diversity and humanitarian outreach. She was awarded a lifetime achievement award, for being a Woman of History-making a Societal Difference. Dr. MJ just released her 4th book, “An Eagle’s Journey – Operating in God’s Perfect Strength to Make a Bold Impact Using the Lessons Learned from the Scars and Pains on the Journey
The daily questions asked in her life is, “What role, can I play in contributing to the greatness of this individual? And Have I surrendered this day, to the Lord, so that He can use me to magnify His divine glory?” Dr. MJ is the mother of two sons.
