Jeff has a passion for helping others become the best they can be, especially when it comes to becoming better self-leaders so they can serve their families, teams and communities in greater ways than ever before.  An engineer by education and training, Jeff understands all too well how perfectionism can be a huge obstacle in this regard, leading him to capture his own struggles and journey is his forthcoming book on dealing with perfectionism.
