Jeff Kramer-

Jeff Kramer is the Chief Empowerment Officer for Ascension Leadership Group, LLC, an organization committed to equipping, encouraging, and empowering leaders and aspiring leaders in all walks of life.  He is a certified leadership development and personal growth coach with the John Maxwell Team, the Igniting Souls Team, and the Empowerment Mentoring Community, and is also a Human Behavior Consultant certified to administer and debrief both the DISC and Maxwell Leadership Assessments.

Jeff has a passion for helping others become the best they can be, especially when it comes to becoming better self-leaders so they can serve their families, teams and communities in greater ways than ever before.  An engineer by education and training, Jeff understands all too well how perfectionism can be a huge obstacle in this regard, leading him to capture his own struggles and journey is his forthcoming book on dealing with perfectionism.

A lifelong public servant in the public works arena, Jeff recently relocated to the City of Yuma, AZ where he serves as its City Engineer, leading a department of 27 in creating a safe, sustainable built environment for Yuma’s residents and visitors.  During this long career he was named a Public Works Leadership Fellow by the American Public Works Association, and is a recipient of both the President’s Leadership Award and the Henning Award from the American Academy of Certified Public Managers.

Jeff and his wife Sharon live in Yuma with the youngest of their 4 daughters, and enjoy frequent visits from their granddaughter, especially during Girl Scout cookie season!
