About Caroline Rose

Caroline Rose is a nationally recognized author, TEDx speaker, and motivational storyteller, known for her powerful message of hope, healing, and resilience. A three-time survivor of incurable Stage IV cancer, Caroline shares her emotional and deeply moving journey of survival—overcoming impossible odds through two bone marrow transplants, a revolutionary clinical trial, and the lifesaving marrow donation from her older brother...

…Diagnosed at just 27, Caroline’s experiences give her a unique ability to speak to the universal human struggle of living fully in the face of fear, uncertainty, and trauma. Her story is not just about survival—it’s about finding joy, purpose, and beauty even in life’s darkest moments.

Her message has reached thousands through features and partnerships with:

  • MD Anderson Cancer Center
  • City of Hope National Medical Center
  • Livestrong
  • Health Magazine
  • Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS)
  • National Cancer Survivors Day

Caroline was selected as an LLS Woman of the Year candidate and honored as the keynote speaker for the prestigious City of Hope Music, Film, and Entertainment Industry Spirit of Life Awards. She is also a frequent guest on top-rated podcasts and speaks annually to 10,000–15,000 people at corporate events, cancer organizations, and wellness conferences.

Caroline’s recently released memoir, Dear Riley Rose: The Story of a Woman and Her Dog… and How They Saved Each Other, highlights her bond with her rescue dog and how their relationship helped her rediscover life and healing. A passionate animal advocate, Caroline deeply believes in the healing power of dogs and frequently volunteers for local animal rescues and wellness organizations.

Now celebrating 13 years cancer-free, Caroline lives in San Antonio, Texas, with her husband, two teenage children, and two beloved dogs. She also volunteers with:

  • MD Anderson Patient Advisory Board
  • Be the Match Foundation
  • Health Alliance for Austin Musicians
  • Battle of Flowers
  • National Charity League
  • Her children’s school and local rescue organizations

Caroline’s mission is simple but profound: to remind others that hope is always possible, even when life feels impossible. As the world continues to navigate uncertainty, Caroline Rose offers a beacon of hope, healing, and strength.
