…Growing up, Carole learned that business success depends on the buyer’s experience. When she entered the sales world, she initially made the same mistakes many sales professionals do: focusing too much on herself and struggling to connect with buyers. Instead of giving up, Carole redefined her approach and turned her marketing agency into a thriving sales coaching business. Today, she helps small business owners and sales professionals improve their success by offering insights as an author, keynote speaker, and trusted sales mentor.

Carole realized that the “me first” mentality was holding back sales professionals and damaging their relationships with buyers. Through data and scientific research, she has shown that adopting a “Not About Me” approach is essential for achieving both strong sales performance and industry integrity.

Carole authored the upcoming book Buyer First and earned the nickname “Sales Therapist” from a Harvard Business School professor. She coaches in the Entrepreneurial MBA program at Harvard and serves as the President of the AA-ISP Boston Chapter. Carole has also been recognized as a top sales influencer by LinkedIn and Sales Hacker, and she was voted a top sales coach by Ambition.

As the founder of Unbound Growth, Carole uses data from over 2.2 million sales professionals to identify the traits of great sellers and leaders. By combining this data with behavioral research, Carole helps sales and business leaders make smarter decisions.
