  • Beth Lauren: Ayurvedic Principles and Tech: Building a Thriving Wellness Business /Ep 3123

About Beth Lauren

Beth Lauren is the Founder of the Well-Tech World Summit, a conference for wellness professionals looking to scale their businesses using the latest technology. Well-Tech will be live in London in February 2025. Beth's interest in the intersection of wellness and technology was piqued when Covid lockdown altered the course of the in-person Ayurvedic nutritional counseling and...

…meal planning business she had just begun. Over 1900 people shared her interest when they virtually attended the first Well-Tech World Summit in 2023!

Training in Ayurveda was the natural outcome after discovering this ancient, beautiful modality while creating her own wellness protocol. Beth was healing from PTSD, which was the result of surviving a violent childhood assault, and couldn’t find everything she needed with traditional western therapies. Mixing Ayurveda with EFT, Transcendental Meditation, writing and somatic movement, Beth healed her mind, body and spirit.

Beth spent several years in the independent film world and she chronicles her experience along with her PTSD recovery journey in her memoir,  Reeling: Misadventures in Moviemaking, Money, and Love.
