  • Yann Toutant believes that digital solutions is more important than ownership /Ep2373

Yann Toutant-

Yann Toutant naturally bridges gaps between people and cultures. As President of the French Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands, he is in a unique position to stimulate French and Dutch co-operation. As the CEO of Econocom NL, Yann has embarked on a journey to bring the future of work into his own company and create more happiness for the 300 employees he is responsible for.

Yann is an avid believer in remote work and the value of experiences over possessions. Observing a trend in the future of work towards companies becoming remote, he is on a mission to improve the quality of people’s lives by helping employees work on their own terms and be location independent.

Known for being a visionary, Yann also has the ability to implement trends into his business. He takes an innovative approach, consistently questions the status quo and looks for improvements.

As an experienced speaker, coach, manager and mediator he wants to share his journey, stories and do’s and don’ts with others; both internally to manage change and externally to pave the way for others in a similar position.
