Tosca is co-author of the acclaimed book “Between Power and Irrelevance: The Future of Transnational NGOs,” a forward-looking analysis of how international NGOs must evolve to remain impactful in today’s changing global landscape. She is also the creator and host of the NGO Soul+Strategy Podcast, where she interviews nonprofit and philanthropy leaders about leadership challenges, organizational culture, and the future of the sector.
