  • Tara Renze: Be Who You Came to Be: Emotional Intelligence, Parenting & Authentic Living /Ep 4223

About Tara Renze

I help people become who they were truly meant to be.

For over 20 years, I’ve studied and taught emotional intelligence as the key to confidence, clarity, and connection. It applies to sales, parenting, relationships, leadership, and life.
I’ve led top-performing sales and leadership teams. Again and again, I’ve seen this: it’s not talent, opportunity, or intelligence that holds people back – it’s limiting beliefs...

…Beliefs Shape Performance and Culture

These beliefs affect more than performance. They shape team culture and organizational success. In a fast-changing world, emotional intelligence helps people break through the thoughts that hold them back. It gives them purpose, authenticity, and resilience. This is what builds trust, innovation, and genuine connection.

Who I Am

I’m a keynote speaker, author, and mental fitness expert. I help individuals and organizations unlock peak performance through authentic leadership and emotional intelligence.

I’m certified in Emotional Intelligence through OKA and trained in leadership at Wharton, Kellogg, and the University of Chicago. I’m the author of Be Who You Came to Be and the children’s book Be Who You Came to Bee (co-authored with my mom). I also host the Be Who You Came to Be Podcast, where I help people get clear on what they want and go all in.

My Message

Whether I’m speaking at a stadium, a women’s event, or leading a breakout session, my message always comes back to one truth:

You’re not your job title. You’re not your thoughts. You are how you choose to show up.

When you show up as your real self – unapologetically and intentionally – everything changes.

What Audiences Can Expect

My keynotes combine storytelling, science, and actionable strategies. They inspire real transformation. Clients say my talks “stick” – not just because they feel good, but because they work. They work in boardrooms, classrooms, hospitals, Zoom rooms, and living rooms.
