At 20, Steve began his career with New York Life and became the company’s youngest Partner, then Senior Partner, and ultimately Managing Partner. He set historic records, including doubling the size of a Texas office within 2.5 years and leading an organization of over 120 Financial Advisors, Leaders, and Staff in Minnesota. In 2023, he followed a new calling by leaving a $900K-a-year role to found The Well Recruiting Solutions—an endeavor dedicated to helping organizations build enduring talent pipelines and achieve sustainable growth.
