Sonal Kalra is the founder of CONNECT Meditation, a Boston-based organization that empowers leaders, teams, and organizations in corporate environments, as well as groups outside of corporates, to harness mindfulness and meditation to foster calm, focus, creativity, resilience, and well-being...

…A certified meditation teacher, Sonal is known for her approachable and warm style, blending ancient wisdom with contemporary science to make meditation accessible and practical for modern practitioners.

With a background in corporate human resources, learning and development, western psychology, life coaching, and somatic EMDR, Sonal offers tools and techniques that integrate seamlessly into daily life, including trauma-informed mindfulness, enhancing both personal and professional growth. In her work with corporate clients, she focuses on strategies to enhance leadership, engagement, resilience, and productivity through mindfulness. Outside of the corporate environment, she also offers programs for individuals and groups, guiding them toward self-awareness, personal growth, and a deeper understanding of our true nature.

Across all her offerings, Sonal empowers individuals and organizations to cultivate inner peace, build authentic connections, sharpen focus, gain deeper insights, enhance resilience and thrive in today’s demanding world.

Sonal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MBA in Human Resource Development. She also holds a Master’s degree in Labor Laws and Labor Welfare, and a Diploma in Training and Development. Her Somatic EMDR training helps her in offering trauma-sensitive mindfulness.
