  • Samantha Jewel: Hope in the Soil, a Mission to Fix Our Future /Ep 3851

About Samantha Jewel

"Let’s stop talking about the problem and start fixing it!"

For more than 27 years, Samantha Jewel has been a passionate voice in the fight for climate solutions, soil health, and sustainable stewardship. As a true Carbon Warrior, she has led initiatives to transform soil carbon into a valuable national resource—what she calls “brown gold”—with the potential to shape international trade...

…Her mission is clear: bridge the gap in how we value food, soil, and biodiversity while addressing the urgent decline in nutrients caused by decades of poor replenishment.

Samantha’s journey began in Australia’s first family restaurant chain (founded in 1965 and serving over 50,000 customers weekly). From there, she pivoted her path toward championing regenerative agriculture and biodiversity protection.

Today, Samantha is excited to share her practical, accessible new guidebook—a resource designed to help everyone better understand and engage with the future of soil health, climate action, and sustainable living.
