Roger is the chairman and founder of The Winner’s Circle, an invitation-only Mastermind Forum for top level entrepreneurs, authors, speakers, thought-leaders and Influencers.  His organizes and facilitates world-class mastermind events all across the globe both on land and at sea that accelerate, amplify & maximize business & life.

Roger was formerly the number one speaker and promoter of world-renowned motivational speaker Anthony Robbins.  He has delivered over ten thousand professional talks to various corporations, non-profit organizations and educational institutions in North America, Europe and Asia.  

As a pioneer in Internet Marketing, he joined a start-up venture Internet Pictures Corporation (iPIX) in 1998 and was part of the core team took the company from zero to 2 billion in market cap during IPO in less than a year.  He was responsible for three divisions and its sales and marketing efforts, strategic alliances, new business development and channel expansion involving $35 million in annual revenue for this B2B e-commerce imaging service provider. 

Roger is also an active Real Estate Investor since 1999 and presented his own Real Estate education seminars all over the US and overseas.  Roger is the co-founder of Equity & Help, Utah – a turnkey Real Estate portfolio building company that practices “PhilanthroInvesting” to create homeowners who otherwise couldn’t.  His goal is to create 25,000 homeowners by 2025. He also offers his specialized onsite Real Estate Mentoring program called “Get in. Get out. Get paid” without using any of your own cash or credit. Roger started Real Estate investing with zero money after the 1999 stock market crash and he & his partner built a portfolio of over 500 investment properties in the greater Tampa Bay area in five years.

Roger is a champion of entrepreneurship and social business. He created the social business online course for Nobel laureate Prof Mohammed Yunus to spread his ground-braking concept of “Social Business” where they use entrepreneurial principles to solve social problems in a sustainable way.  

He’s originally from Dhaka, Bangladesh and now resides in Tampa, Florida.  He’s a graduate of UCLA. He’s got 3 lovely daughters and is most passionate about sharing knowledge and empowering people to reach higher levels of personal & business success!
