Nathalie is a Board Member of AIR (Allies in Recruitment), and co-founder of the CIC Program at BMCC, helping at-risk students prepare for the workforce. Internationally, she’s a founding board member of the Duncan Tree Foundation, bringing healthcare to underserved communities.
