Green Enterprises, LLC, Mylira bridges the gap between mental health and the workplace, offering tailored training and consultation services to businesses seeking to improve employee well-being and create mentally healthy work environments. Her mission is to revive employee engagement and productivity by supporting their holistic health, mind, body, and spirit.
Expanding her reach, Mylira also founded The Metamorphosis Healing Experience, LLC, where she helps individuals who feel stuck unlock their potential, rediscover their confidence, and achieve their goals. Through person-centered coaching and healing services, she guides clients to move beyond past trauma triggers and step into their personal power.
With a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Norfolk State University, a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California, and currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Regent University along with ICF coaching certification from Virginia Bible College, Mylira brings over nine years of clinical and coaching experience supporting individuals on their mental health, emotional healing, and leadership journeys.
