Melissa Jurkoic

Melissa Jurkoic is currently a Senior Solutions Architect for Amadeus Hospitality where she and her team operate at the intersection of business and technology to support enterprise clients in realizing their strategic objectives. For over 20 years, she has been connecting with both technical and business audiences to lead strategic initiatives to the best outcomes. She pioneered the API business strategy for the hospitality division of a leading global travel software company and led product launches spanning on-premises, SaaS and API solutions. Those initiatives allowed her to collaborate with senior executives at major enterprise hospitality companies in North America, Europe and Asia.

Resistant to complacency and status quo, she has been a change agent successfully executing agile transformations at scale with development teams and establishing best practices around backlog refinement and lean business case development across multiple product lines. She holds her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire. She is a certified executive in Management and Leadership from the MIT Sloan School of Management and certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4).

Driven by her passion to make a positive impact on the decline of women in STEM education and careers, she serves on several committees with the NH Tech Alliance to educate and encourage women and girls to pursue careers in technology. She is the Committee Chair for the TechWomen Power Breakfast Series, Volunteer Coordination Lead for the TechWomen Ambassadors Week committee, and committee member for the TechWomen Annual Luncheon under the TechWomen|TechGirls initiative. She also serves as Committee Chair for the NH Tech Alliance Seacoast committee organizing programs focused on technology companies located in the New Hampshire seacoast region. Melissa has always lived in the Northeast and now makes her home in Newmarket, New Hampshire with her family.
