Mary Van Dorn-

Mary Van Dorn has over 30 years working in the mortgage lending industry. She enjoys working with clients to assist them with their real estate financing. She has extensive experience working with:

* First-time homebuyers
* Investors
* Jumbo home loans.
* New tract homes.

She is often asked to combine her experience as a previous instructor of the American School of Mortgage Banking and Loan Consultant to provide detailed informative presentations on various topics:

* Financing investment properties
* Analyzing and increasing your credit scores
* Home buying workshops for first-time buyers
* Workshops for buyers re-entering the real estate market.
* Home selling workshops.
* Making the best use of your equity when down-sizing

Mary believes it is important to be a supportive member of her community. She has a very special place in her heart for children and works to help better their worlds through her volunteer work as President, Board of Directors for Thomas House Family Shelter, a temporary shelter for homeless families in Orange County, Ca.

She helped establish “Quiet Little Angels” dedicated to anonymously brightening the holidays for homeless children.

Using her extensive mortgage lending experience working with leaders in the real estate industry and her passion for making the home buying process understandable and less stressful Mary has developed a podcast series which breaks down all aspects of the home buying process. Interviews with leading agents, inspectors and consultants to provide an all-inclusive educational experience for homebuyers, sellers and professionals associated with real estate transactions.
