From the beginning of her professional career, Magdalena has been closely associated with HR, working with many multinational organizations. As a Country Manager at Top Employers Institute, she’s been responsible for the Top Employers certification program in Poland. Magdalena has started this program in Poland from its ground 9 years ago with a personal mission: to be able to showcase Polish people the top employers of Poland.
She has been living in the Netherlands for over 15 years where she co-founded Polish Professionals organization in the Netherlands that brings professionals together from various industries, promoting the idea of continuous personal development, exchange of experiences and networking.
Magdalena is a passionate yoga practitioner and is a long-distance runner.
