Leo Knepper is the Executive Director of Citizens Alliance of Pennsylvaina, or CAP. CAP is a non-profit organization founded to raise the standard of living of all Pennsylvanians by restoring limited government, economic freedom, and personal responsibility. Leo joined CAP after being the Pennsylvania state director for Heritage Action for America, the political affiliate of The Heritage Foundation. He is a lifelong Pennsylvania resident and longtime conservative activist. Leo has built grassroots networks to fight against abuses in Pennsylvania government, including the infamous midnight pay raise. He graduated from Penn State’s Capitol Campus with his MBA and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society for business students.
Leo and his wife are also foster parents and is active in his local community.
