Lauri’s professional path began with her love for photography, leading her into creative direction and production roles...

…Her ability to merge creativity with operational excellence naturally transitioned her into program leadership.

For seven years at Comcast, Lauri played a pivotal role in program management for Xfinity consumer products and services. Today, as the founder of CataPoint Consulting, she helps businesses:

  • Streamline operations with Scaled Agile methodologies
  • Maximize business value and customer impact
  • Create clarity from chaos through effective change management

Education & Continuous Learning

A lifelong learner, Lauri is currently earning an MBA in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship, along with a Master’s in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership (MMGT). Her expertise spans:

  • Agile principles
  • Program and strategic management

Her dedication to continuous improvement allows her to lead high-impact teams and drive organizational transformation.

  • President & Secretary of the Board of Directors for The Children’s House of Bucks County

Lauri’s life experiences have shaped her resilience and adaptability. From witnessing 9/11 firsthand to surviving near-death experiences during childbirth, she has consistently drawn strength from challenges. At 42, she discovered that the man who raised her was not her biological father—an experience that fueled her commitment to self-improvement and personal growth.
