Kay Newton is a best selling author, award winning international speaker, facilitator, retreat leader and Caring Confidante. Born in Yorkshire, UK she is renowned for her listening skills and straight talking! Kay pasionately inspires people around the world to live midlife on their terms, full of fun and vigour.
At the age of 24 Kay jumped on board a private yacht and spent the next 30 years in Mallorca, Spain. In 2015 Kay hosted a ‘Ditch The Baggage Retreat’ and shortly after, took her own good advice and ditched her luxury lifestyle: Kay now lives in a small house close to a prisitine white beach with azure blue seas in Zanzibar, Tanzania.
Kay now truly following the ‘Less is More’ principal: Living a simple life with less footprint on the planet.
