Kay Newton is an award-winning International Speaker, enthusiastic author and Midlife Strategist, whose hundreds of clients love her straight-talking, no-nonsense, practical holistic help dealing with midlife.
In 2015 after a 30-year luxury Spanish lifestyle, Kay and her husband decided to have ‘no nest’. The couple moved to a two-roomed, tin-roof house near a pristine beach in Zanzibar, Tanzania.
